Air freight services including
1. Door to Airport
Universe Star will pick up the consignment at shipper's warehouse in Vietnam, then completed customs clearance and transport to destination Airport.
Consignee must clear customs at Destination Airport and pick up the consignment by themselves.
2. Airport to Airport
Universe Star only provide services to transport from Vietnam Origin Airport to Destination Airport.
Shipper must clear customs at Vietnam origin and delivery the consignment to Airport by themselves.
Consignee must clear customs at Destination Airport and pick up the consignment by themselves.
3. Door to Door
Universe Star will pick up the consignment at shipper warehouse in Vietnam, then completed customs clearance and transport to destination Airport.
Universe Star will clear customs at Destination Airport then arrange pick up and door delivery the consignment to consignee door in soonest time.
Normally, Customs import duty will be on consignee account.
